Tokyo 3D Printing provides 3D printing and rapid prototyping services in Tokyo, Japan, including rapid prototyping, design-to-print (3D modeling from your sketch, idea, or file), and small-batch production. We also offer optional idea-to-launch support, which may include website and e-commerce setup and product launch and marketing assistance.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for services are set out in separate proposals, quotations, or contracts agreed upon between you ("Client") and Tokyo 3D Printing.

2. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or engage in any activity that could disrupt our systems.

The content on our site, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Tokyo 3D Printing and may not be reproduced without our permission.

3. Client Responsibilities

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 30 days from the invoice date.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and materials created by Tokyo 3D Printing remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. For client-specific deliverables, ownership will follow the terms set in your contract with us. You retain ownership of the original designs and files you provide to us.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Payment obligations are not met
• Continued service would violate applicable laws or pose security risks

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
